6K Safari Camp

6K Safari Camp lies on 14 780 hectares of exclusive game rich Kruger National Park land and is situated on the banks of the great Timbavati River, approximately 3km due west of Orpen Gate.

This elegant safari experience includes lavish accommodations in luxury thatched cottages, a superb suite or in chic contemporary tents, three sumptuous daily meals, two daily game drives in open Land Rovers plus refreshments and exciting nature walks.

There are six deluxe spacious tents set amongst trees with outdoor showers, baths, twin hand basins, extra length twin beds convertible to double beds, personal bars, overhead fans, heated blankets for winter and intimate wooden decks.

The guest areas overlook the riverbed; the ambiance is one of early safari journeys to Africa with antiques, lots of books, comfy leather chairs and crystal decanters.

The swimming pool is set in lovely lawns. An intimate hide, overlooking a waterhole, offers guests an opportunity to photograph game at close quarters. Guests enjoy game drives and walks on the reserve, as well as star gazing, bird watching and moonlit bush sundowners, dinners and breakfast.
