The main entry opens into the great room, with a curved glass full office to the right. There's a pool table near the media room, which has a wrap-around sofa so comfortable you can sink right in and enjoy the large screen TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system.

Gourmet kitchen is very well-equipped for entertaining with plenty of dishes and glassware plus a Sub Zero refrigerator, Thermador commercial range and center island. The outdoor patio and BBQ deck overlooks Castle Creek and offers outdoor seating for 8. Inside, the dining room table seats 12 and breakfast table can seat 6-8.

A second entry off the 2-car garage leads to the Master Suite, with mud room and laundry nearby. The Master Suite is quite large with a sitting area in front of the Large Screen TV with a wet bar close for convenience. Master Bath is equally spacious with his and her separate sink areas, Jacuzzi tub in between, separate shower and adjoining large walk-in closets. All of this located on the main entry level.

The lower level features 4 more bedroom suites, all located on the Castle Creek side with outdoor access to the deck leading to the hot tub. Each bedroom has all new Anichini linens, TV’s and humidifiers for comfort. Also on this level is a 2nd laundry.

Two Twin Beds, walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower.

Lower Level – Queen Guest Bedroom Suite
Private full bathroom, deck access but not towards hot tub.
