It is easy to lose yourself in the luxury of the spacious master suite, complete with foyer, sitting room, large marble bathroom and beautiful views overlooking the Roaring Fork River. The estate is friendly to dogs and has a small fenced area adjacent to the gourmet kitchen.

    • There is a formal living room with vaulted ceiling and enormous gas fireplace of carved stone. The dining table, which seats 10, sits open to a family room with flat screen television, VCR and gas fireplace. The main kitchen offers a breakfast table for 6, professional 6-burner gas range, wet island and butlers pantry. Each bedroom, complete with television and VCR or stereo, offers a private bath with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The lower level bedrooms open to the back yard and patio. Adjacent is another family room with gas fireplace and full kitchen, perfect for lounging with a good book. The home has two washers and two dryers, and offers an ironing room for formal occasions.
