The entry-level features Jerusalem gold limestone flooring with a decorative stone and wood insert in the Foyer and double doors, which open up to the large, private stone patio (with outdoor hot tub and gas barbeque grill). To your left is an intimate living area and library, which boasts a gas fireplace, views, a 27” Television with built in VCR/DVD, hardwood floors accented by rugs in the living room, and another hidden 20”television in the library. The formal dining room seats 8. There is additional seating at the breakfast table in the kitchen, which features a coffered ceiling with indirect lighting. The gourmet kitchen has double sinks, Ever Hot/Cold dispensers, two dishwashers, Double Dacor Convection ovens, and a Dacor 6 burner gas cook top, double warming drawers, microwave, Sub Zero refrigerator, 2 Sub Zero Under Counter freezers with ice maker, microwave, and two trash compactors. There is a small office area and laundry room off of the kitchen. The two-car garage also has another refrigerator/freezer for additional food storage.
