Powder room is just down the hall near the laundry.

Media room opens off the Great Room with a fireplace, a large screen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, and Ultimate TV Tivo, as well as and 36" computer monitor with wireless control, and throughout the house is DSL as well. Nearby breakfast nook off the kitchen storage area opens onto the terrace facing Aspen Mountain.

A Large Office/Study also features the most excellent views, full sized conference table, desk, computer with dual monitors, DSL, fax, TV, sofa, and a convenient kitchenette. The office leads to an outside deck and hot tub, and full bath with shower and more views.

Just off the oversized 2-car garage is a well equipped gym room, also taking advantage of the mountain views, complete with Nautilus equipment, 2 elliptical machines, treadmill, step, climber, back machine, hanging machine, and TV with satellite, and DVD/VCR. There is also ample parking outside the garage for 6+ vehicles.
