Original house built in 1950s, Redesigned by Oliver Messel in 1960s and present owners have carried out extensive renovations. London Interior Designer Nicholas Haslam refurbished interiors in 1990.

The Lemington Pavilion has beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a large swimming pool with three steps to enter pool in shallow end and a ladder in deep end. There are also tennis courts out back. If you are interested in outside dining, there is a covered open patio with dining & sitting area looking onto pool and gardens, with ceiling fan and two gazebos for dining or afternoon tea near the pool (complete with portable Bar-B-Q). If the weather outside does not suit you, there is a comfortable garden room for afternoon tea/cocktails with four ceiling fans.

For those of you that can't seem to leave the office completely, there are telephone extensions in the master bedroom, bedroom 4, living room, kitchen, patio and both pool gazebos. The is also a fax machine, three safes and a cassette/radio/CD player in each, bedroom.

The Lemington Pavilion houses a formal Baroque dining room that seats 12 with silver and crystal service, which is great for entertaining. The entire house is furnished with valuable antiques and one of its greatest attributes is the large living room with an extensive library and stereo with CD.

On the occasion of a rainy day, the pavilion has a supply of board games, chess, mastermind, backgammon, monopoly, and trivial pursuit. It also has an indoor gym with Nytram Sport - Bench Press, Squat Rack, 2 side seats & long seat (arms & upper body) for Row Pump, Arms -Curl Press, Cross Bar in ceiling (for shoulders). York 9000 bench to work calves. Body Sculpture weights 13 + 2 on York 9000 + 11 in container. Also bars. Power Jog treadmill. Lifecycle 5500 Bicycle. Weight Rack. Bryan Punching Bag.

The kitchen is a well equipped modern kitchen, including fridge, freezer, ice maker, food warmer, microwave, 4-burner gas stove and electric stove, oven toaster, blender, food processor, kitchen centre, coffee machine, 2 electric kettles.

There are no children under 15 years are allowed except by special arrangements.

Master bedroom - Queen size four-poster bed.
Other 3 bedrooms have twin beds pushed together.
Bedrooms No. 1 and 3 have canopies over beds.
