Living Area - A Luxurious Retreat for Family and Friends. This two-level 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom Residence was professionally decorated throughout. The Residence is 4,200 sq. ft. and can accommodate eight guests with traditional bedding and up to eleven utilizing cozy daybeds and comfortable pullout sleepers. The Residence features original art, antiques, and collectables from Europe, China, and Colorado. The furnishings are of the highest quality and include handmade oriental rugs, custom-made down sofas, chenille chairs, hand forged chandeliers, and an elegant dining table that accommodates up to fourteen comfortably. Enjoy the latest technology for entertainment including a Flat Screen TV with Surround Sound, Satellite with hundreds of channels, a fully programmed MP3 Player, XP Satellite Radio, a DVD and a selection of DVD movies. The Steinway Baby Grand Piano is also available for guests to enjoy. The beautifully equipped Game Room also serves as the Wine Room and features three built-in wine refrigerators, that are stocked with complimentary wine. The views from this Residence are unparalleled – enjoy spectacular views of the ski runs to the south and the mountain valleys to the north from the expansive living area and your two private terraces. Each terrace provides comfortable outdoor seating and the terrace off the kitchen also features a commercial gas grill.

Entry - The Entry to the “West Wing” is accented by a beautiful English oak chair, a hall tree made from old skis and a handmade oriental rug. The two lamps that are cast bronzes of a Cowboy & Indian add to the warm mountain feel of this residence. The large coat closet provides convenient storage and the Alder wood stairs lead to the second level of this very spacious Residence.

Family Room - The large Family Room features 20’ vaulted wood ceilings and a moss stone fireplace. The two luxurious custom-made down sofas, two chenille chairs, an Italian coffee table made of antique parquet from Italy provide the perfect setting to relax with family and friends. The huge custom, hand forged chandelier with a wildlife motif and original art including a collection of old skis, snowshoes, a sled and an antique wooden kayak add to the mountain warmth of this luxurious getaway. The custom media center provides a Flat Screen TV with Surround Sound, Satellite with hundreds of channels, a fully programmed MP3 Player, XP Satellite Radio, DVD and a selection of DVD movies. The Steinway Baby Grand Piano is also available for guests to enjoy. The two sets of French doors, accented by custom draperies, offer stunning views of the Ski Mountain and also lead to a spacious private terrace with comfortable outdoor seating.

Ski View Terrace - The Outdoor Terrace is an extension of the Family Room and reached by two sets of French doors. The Terrace offers outstanding views of the Ski Mountain. Enjoy your après ski, dine outdoors or relax on the chaise lounges on a sunny day and watch the skiers in the winter months or the hikers during the summer/fall months.

Dining Area - The Dining Area of the West Wing is perfect for entertaining. The parquet wood table with a carved trestle base and gold highlights can accommodate up to fourteen with leafs in place. The custom hand carved wood chairs with their comfortable leather seats & backs compliment the two captain’s chairs that feature a beautiful hand painted crest that adds to the character of the room. Additional seating is provided by the cowhide barstools at the large counter adjacent to the Kitchen. The hand forged chandelier with a wild life motif and two antique iron sconces provide the perfect ambiance. The hand painted and crafted buffets are fully stocked with table linens from Europe and a selection of elegant crystal glasses. The hand made Oriental rug and wooden coffer ceiling add to the warmth of the Dining Area. The room is accented with original art including an antique tapestry and a charming painting of an Elk.

Wine / Game Room - Three built-in wine refrigerators that are stocked with complimentary wine are surrounded by a custom built wood cabinet with open shelves. The bar cabinet is fully stocked with glasses, trays, and utensils - the pair of original "grape crushing" boots are for display purposes only and won’t need to be utilized during your visit. The unique tumbled marble mosaic floor and beautiful light fixture add to the coziness of this special room. The game table features a leather top, drawers and four leather, swivel game chairs. The hand carved game chest from Belgium houses an array of games including poker, chess, backgammon, Monopoly, Cranium and Scrabble.

Kitchen - The spacious Kitchen features Alder wood cabinets & floors, granite countertops and commercial appliances. It is fully equipped with state of the art gourmet gadgets, small appliances, pots and pans, cookbooks - everything from a waffle maker to an espresso machine. There are three sets of china including two hand painted china sets from Gien, France and an everyday china set from Portugal. The Kitchen offers a variety of sitting areas for guests to relax and enjoy including the breakfast table with four oak chairs from England, four leather barstools around the large granite island, or the spacious Outdoor Terrace with outstanding views of the mountain valley.

The “home office” cabinet offers a desktop computer with high-speed Internet and wireless access throughout the Residence as well as a fax machine with a dedicated line. The Flat Screen TV with Satellite is also available in the Kitchen.

Master Bedroom - The spacious Master Suite is on the main floor of the Residence and has a “Versace” feel with black, gold’s and some red. The King Bed is painted with black and gold and features the highest quality Stearns & Foster pillow-top mattress and is adorned with a custom chenille duvet and an assortment of pillows. Relax on the chaise lounge or enjoy the mountain views from the daybed - both were custom made and covered with beautiful fabrics. The gold handmade rug at the foot of the bed and eclectic mix of art from Europe and Colorado provide perfect accents to this beautiful bedroom. The hand painted media center provides a Flat Screen TV with DVD & Satellite for your enjoyment and the desk provides a convenient workspace to stay organized.

Guest Master Suite - The Guest Master Suite is located on the second level of the Residence and has an “English Country” feel. The King Sleigh Bed has the highest quality Stearns & Foster pillow-top mattress and is adorned with custom made bedding of the finest fabrics. The English chest of drawers also serves as a secretary desk and the hand painted media center features TV with Satellite and DVD. The sitting area with a leather loveseat, coffee table and antique light fixture offer the perfect destination for some quite time. When necessary this room also features an adjacent loveseat that has a twin pull-out sleeper.

King Guest Bedroom - The King Guest Bedroom is located on the main level of the Residence and has a “Western Elegant” feel. The King Bed with its beautiful leather head- and footboard offers the highest quality Stearns & Foster pillow-top mattress and gorgeous custom bedding. The custom-made daybed provides a quite sitting area for reading or relaxing and it doubles as a sleeper if needed. The armoire holds a Flat Screen TV with Satellite and DVD and the high boy dresser provides extra storage space. The King Guest Bedroom bathroom with shower also serves as the guest powder room - the small painted vanity in the bedroom is perfect for keeping your personal care items well organized.

Twin Guest Bedroom - The Twin Bedroom is located on the second level of the Residence and has an “Upscale Cabin” feel. The two twin beds have pine headboards and custom bedding & blankets made with Ralph Lauren fabrics in Great Plaid, Herring Bone and Burlap Ticking combined with a beautiful floral fabric. One of the twin beds houses a trundle bed when room for an extra child is required. The corner cabinet houses the flat screen TV with Satellite and DVD. The bedroom features many unique items including the cabinet that was originally a locker from the Denver Athletic Club, a chair made from an old European sled, a handmade rug from India, and an antique painted pine dresser from Holland. The art is about sports and games that appeals to the young and the young at heart. The Twin Bedroom utilizes the bathroom across the hall with a shower.
