This Villa makes for vacation living at its best with sunny skies and ocean views. This House of the Sun is approximately 4,500 sq. ft. under roof, with an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space.

With 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, this home will sleep eight to twelve people (three kings, one double, two twins, one double sofa bed), plus a nanny's room with double bed.

Featuring a custom crafted kitchen, separate dining area, spacious living room, three Master Suites and a studio apartment with a sleeping loft.

Living , dining , kitchen, pool and BBQ areas are on the main floor. Master suites, studio apartment, TV room and library areas are on the ground floor.

Each suite has it's own patio, custom-tiled bath and Pacific Ocean views that go on forever! The custom heated pool features a swim-up jacuzzi bar and palapa patio. Outdoor built-in gas BBQ is adjacent to the kitchen.

This home has central air conditioning, a water purification system, is fully furnished and the rental rate includes daily maid service. Local phone service & fax available. This is a non-smoking home, and guests over the age of 16 are welcomed.
