Casa Perla is a new 4 bedroom (three kings and two twins), 3-1/2 bath private villa with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean in the gated Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas.

Casa Perla features Mexican Saltillo tile floors through out and stone inlaid cupolas in the dining room and entry. Hand painted Mexican tile is used throughout the bathrooms and kitchen.

Breath taking views of the ocean can be seen from all the rooms on the main floor. The master suite has pocket doors that open wide to the deck and pool terrace. The master bath features an indoor shower, an outdoor shower and a large soaking tub.

The pool terrace is very private with a custom built Jacuzzi/heated swimming pool with infinity waterfall edges. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line Whirlpool Gold appliances including microwave and dishwasher.

The main floor also has a powder room, a living room that opens to the pool terrace and a separate dining room.
