Cavalaire sur Mer

Cavalaire sur Mer is a beautiful town just 20 to 30 minutes drive along the coast from St Tropez. There are many excellent restaurants and miles of sandy beach with a tranquil bay and large yachting marina. This stunning villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to the beach. The property has large private gardens with lawns and colourful plants, ample parking and direct access onto the beach via a wooden gate.

There are several different seating options in the grounds with wooden benches and chairs piled with comfortable cushions and the informal outside dining area under the shady pergola. The interiors are quite superb with a chic beach house feel using a muted colour palette, lots of natural materials and high quality linens and fabrics. There is a spacious living / dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite television with DVD, feature fireplace and doors to the garden.

The fully fitted kitchen has a professional standard gas range, American fridge and all modern appliances together with quality crockery and glassware. There are 7 spacious and comfortable en suite bedrooms. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles (with king size beds) and a twin. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (with king size beds) each with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies with sea views.

Each bedroom is individually and stylishly decorated, some with rustic four posters one with a giant leather sleigh bed. The bedding is all 100% linen and is changed every two days.

Maid service 5 hours a day is included and there is wi-fi internet access and a chef can be arranged at extra cost.
