This beautiful property is situated in a quiet location just below the charming Relais and Chateau hotel, La Villa. The setting is idyllic, surrounded by flowering shrubs and olive trees, with views of the rocky hills to one side, and the port of Calvi and the sea to the other.

The attractive town and port of Calvi is just over 1 kilometer away and, also close by, are facilities for windsurfing, waterskiing, horseback riding and a 6-hole golf course.

Steps lead up from the property to the hotel (about 2 minutes walk), and guests are able to take advantage of the hotel facilities including restaurants, tennis court and four swimming pools. The villa also has its own private pool (6X12m) in a glorious setting overlooking the sea. The surrounding sun terrace is well equipped with comfortable sun loungers and, to front and rear of the property, there are outdoor dining areas.

The accommodation is on three levels with the bedrooms on the second floor benefiting from either garden or sea views. Breakfast can be provided each morning by the maid, from the hotel, on request. There is garage parking for one car.
