This three level, 3,600 square foot house is brand new. It is decorated with beautiful Balinese style furniture and art. This home is fully-airconditioned. An outdoor hot tub and private plunge pool (approximately 20-foot by ten-foot) are some of the special features of this villa. It is one of the few houses in Manuel Antonio within walking distance of the beach.
The main level has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless-steel appliances. Whether you plan on cooking or hiring one of our expert chefs, the kitchen has everything you need. An island work area with barstools provides a place to sip wine and assist, or bother, the cook! A dining table with ocean view is just the place to enjoy your meal. A comfy seating area facing the ocean is perfect for summer reading or chatting. The bedroom on this floor features a queen-size bed, large whirlpool tub, and twin sinks in the bathroom. The sliding glass doors allow access to the balcony and of course, the fabulous view!
On the next level is a large family entertainment area with cable TV and DVD player. This area also has a mini-bar with refrigerator. The windows extending across the living area and bedrooms allow an unbroken view of the jungle and ocean. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen-size bed and large shower. The other has a king-size bed and tub/shower combination. You are just a few steps away from the pool on the next level.
The lower level features a small bedroom with a shower and its own mini-kitchen with refrigerator, sink, and stove. There are sliding glass doors that open to the pool. This little apartment-type bedroom would be ideal for a couple seeking a little privacy away from the rest of the house or for teenagers who want a little space of their own.
