This unique 4200 square foot, three level home was built to showcase breathtaking ocean views out front and a natural jungle in the rear. The 25’ vaulted teak pole ceiling with half moon skylight casts sunlight on the wall. The flooring is a combination of Italian tile and solid teak. The home also includes the latest in American appliances.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front verandah. You'll see and hear exotic birds darting through the trees. Afternoons may find you playing in the surf, hiking through a national park or taking part in one of the many adventure tours available.

If you’re looking for a calmer way to spend the day, you could relax out on the back verandah that sits forty feet above the jungle floor. Almost daily the monkeys visit the trees, playing on the railing while you watch.

Upon your arrival at Casa de las Brisas you will be welcomed by a personal representative who will be available throughout your stay to ensure your comfort, answer any questions and recommend the very best tours, excursions and activities.

The two televisions are equipped with cable. The main television is equipped with Bose surround sound. The game room is equipped with a regulation-size pool table and indoor plunge pool with a waterfall. The gigantic glass doors open up to the jungle outside.

Located on the Pacific Coast, Playa Espadilla, 4 miles south of Quepos, about 1 mile north of Manuel Antonio National Park and famous for its stunning combination of tropical rainforest and white sand beaches. You can get from San Jose to Quepos most conveniently by air in 25 minutes or you can drive by car or bus in approximately 3 hours.

This villa is situated off the picturesque coastal road between Quepos and the beaches, some 70 yards down a paved but rather steep driveway. From its multiple levels, rooftop and hammock terraces, it offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the offshore islands and the jungle, where monkeys, birds and sloths abound.
