Discover the Beach

This luxury eco-friendly design was inspired by conservationist owners David Root and Evelyn Gallardo’s experiences protecting and photographing primates. The eclectic décor reflects their travels. The Master Bedroom was modeled after an African lodge they stayed at in Uganda. Unlike cold-built-to-rent vacation houses, there are singular touches and surprises to be appreciated around every corner of this lovingly detailed home. Its privileged position along the monkey corridor motivated the owners to enrich the environment through biodiversity. They’ve planted 50 fruit trees, eliminated overhead electrical cables, and installed a recycling water treatment plant.

By now everyone has heard that Costa Rica has become the ultimate wedding destination. Both bride and groom will cherish this home for their honeymoon. Beachfront wedding, poolside reception, professional kitchen facilities, spacious parking, wrap around terraces, warm tropical ocean, a bay full of islands, and cozy window seats are more than anyone could hope for.
