A luxurious Spanish Mediterranean inspired villa which is located in the famous tropical paradise of Casa de Campo Resort, near La Romana. This beautiful property offers guests complete privacy, gracious service, world class resort amenities, and tranquil tropical surroundings. The villa is set near the sea, with holes 3 and 6 of the world famous 'Teeth of the Dog' championship golf course lying between the pool terraces and the blue Caribbean. Guests have signing privileges for all amenities of this extraordinary resort as well as access to three of the best golf courses in the tropics.
Designed with a distinctly Spanish Mediterranean flavour, the interiors are beautifully furnished and especially well appointed. The main rooms of the villa feature high, vaulted, wooden-beamed ceilings. The furnishings are very well chosen and Spanish / Mexican in style, perfectly complimented by carefully selected fabrics and art. The main rooms of the house open to the very well furnished central terrace with large private swimming pool. This area offers incredible views of the Caribbean. Guests may choose to dine either inside the beautifully appointed dining room, or on the terrace, al fresco, and take in the wondrous Caribbean sunset. Relax in the Jacuzzi, or enjoy lounging, either by the pool or in the lushly landscaped courtyard.
Each of the six bedrooms is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, private en-suite bathrooms, and a private terrace. Three suites are fitted with a king size bed. The remaining three bedrooms are each fitted with two double beds each.
The especially well trained and gracious staff at the Villa is comprised of an excellent chef, butler, housekeeper, maid, and a gardener. The staff hours are from 8:00am to 9:00pm daily, six days per week. Each staff memmber will have one day off per week on a rotating basis. On Sunday the staff will leave at 3pm, therefore dinner will not be served. Any service after these hours will be arranged individually between the staff and the guest, with appropriate compensation to be agreed upon. Guests will also be responsible for transportation costs for additional staff hours.
Casa de Campo resort grounds encompass over 7,000 acres, and offer 13 tennis courts, horseback riding, polo, trapshooting, fitness center, children's program, every imaginable water sport, shopping and restaurants. Casa de Campo airport is only ten minutes from the villa. Guests of the Villa may golf Teeth of the Dog, The Links, and the extraordinary new Dye Fore. Guests of the Villa will be charged $25 per day for use of hotel shuttles, beach towels, use of resort pools, etc. This daily charge will appear on their hotel bill upon check-out, including any resort charges or telephone calls.
It is a five minute walk from the villa to the wonderful Minita Beach and all its amenities.
