East Aspen Residence

This Beautifully Furnished and Holiday Decorated, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, cozy family home is located in Aspen’s Mountain Valley Subdivision just minutes from downtown Aspen and the Silver Queen Gondola. Front door pick-up is available from the “Dial-a-Ride” bus service and please be our guest at the premier Aspen Club/Health Spa nearby. There is also an available ski locker at the base of Aspen Mountain.

These photographs illustrate how the home will be decorated for you this Christmas Holiday Season. It is available from December 19th through January 5th, flexible as to dates. A deposit is required to confirm and the nightly rate will depend upon length of stay.

Table with four cushioned chairs. Arrangements will be made for flower garden and lawn maintenance and we will also leave two quality mountain bikes to use.

• Wood burning fireplace in living room with a cord of seasoned
wood stacked outside back door.
• Kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, microwave, toaster
oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer.
• TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Overlooking living room is a cozy
loft with skylight, bookshelf, second TV and double futon. The
loft is not shown in photos or on the floor plan.
• Full sound system with CD player, tape deck, tuner. Remote
speakers in master bedroom.
• Access to the Premier Aspen Club.

• The master bathroom has a queen bed and Jacuzzi bath tub.
• Downstairs bedroom (1) two twins (Split King)
• Bedroom (2)­ one double bed (an additional twin can be added if
needed)
