Florence Villa

This villa, located 18km south of Florence, is a typical stone-built Tuscan farmhouse, located on an estate producing Chianti wine, only 1 kilometre from Cerbaia and 18 kilometres from the centre of Florence.

Until last year, it was the home of the owner, an antique dealer, who restored and furnished it for family use. The interiors of the house are very comfortable and furnished with antiques. The living area is particularly spacious, with a big living room and kitchen, opening to a furnished courtyard where outdoor meals can be enjoyed. The location of the house is ideal, not only for exploring the surrounding Chianti area, but being less than ten minutes from the two highways connecting Florence to Siena and Pisa, it is possible to visit these wonderful Tuscan cities
in less than one hourÂ’s drive. The housekeeper lives at the back of the house in a separate apartment.

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room with single bed; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; twin bedroom; bedroom with french bed; bathroom. On this floor there is a small bridge connecting to the back garden where the pool is situated.

STAFF: Maid service is included 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.
