The villa is located in the beautiful hills south of Florence in the Bagno a Ripoli area, next to the nice medieval town of Grassina. Located on the top of a hill, the house enjoys gorgeous panorama, particularly towards Florence where you can distinguish the dome of the cathedral. The property composed by the villa and the dependence, has been built on stone respecting the surroundings landscape.
The internal furniture, chosen carefully by the owner, represents a mix of old and modern style that meets the requirements of functionality and comfort. Cotto floors and wooden beams will assure warmth and charm. In the beautiful panoramic terrace you will enjoy “al fresco” dinners. With its strategic position, a few minutes from Florence historical centre and from the main important highway, the villa allows you easily daily trip and excursions all over south Tuscany and Umbria too, as well as nice and romantic Florentine nights.
PARK: The park is a 5000sqm mix of garden and olive trees. At the end of the garden upper level, a stone staircase introduces you to the paved pool area.
SWIMMING POOL: open from April 28th until October 6th. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 m, with a depth of 1,60 m. The cotto floor pool area is furnished with deck chairs, chairs and table.
INTERIORS: The main building is on two level. At the ground floor there is the living area with: eating room with fireplace and circular table, well equipped kitchen, tavern with access to the panoramic terrace, living room with fireplace and sofas. Here you can find also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower suitable for disable people, an half bath and a store room. Left side of the entrance, a staircase leads you to the sleeping area at the second floor composed by 7 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower (one with shower and bathtub) and by a French size bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. In some rooms the bed can be divided.
ANNEX:The dependence composed by a living room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a loft with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed, is located next to the villa.
