Greece Villa

This villa is situated in the south of the island of Zakynthos at Lithakia village, only 10 kilometers from the town. It is built on a hill and has a breathtaking view of the Laganas Bay, and the isles of Marathonisi and Pelouso, and the "Sea Park" of Zakynthos, which is an area dedicated to the preservation of Careta-Careta.

It is built in a unique style which respects the environment and the Zakynthian architectural tradition combining luxury as well as comfort.

It is a two-story villa built in an olive grove of 11,000 m2 (approx 110,000 sq. ft.). On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of Laganas Bay surrounds it. There is also a barbeque and a garden.

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms. There is also a 70 m2 (approx. 700 sq. ft.) terrace with sun beds. It is furnished and decorated with style and comfort. The villa along with the two suites described below can accommodate up to 10 persons.

Bougainvillea suite consists of 1 Bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom, a sitting room with dining table and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen. Along the bedroom and the sitting room there is a spacious covered terrace with a fantastic view on the garden and the sea.

White hibiscus suite consists of 1 Bedroom with twin beds, en suite bathroom, a sitting room with a big fireplace, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a big veranda with a fantastic view of the Bay.
