This sprawling family home is the perfect retreat for large groups and with sleeping for 18, you don’t have an excuse to leave anyone behind! This home features a main house with 4 bedrooms, a penthouse and studio. All three areas are self contained making this the perfect house for those who want to mingle and those who want some “alone" time.
The open plan design of the kitchen, dining room and living room is further accentuated by glass sliding doors that run the entire width of the living/ dining areas. Step outside to breathe the fresh Caribbean air and marvel at the crystal blue water. The sea greets you at the edge of the small, private, sandy beach - but if you prefer, take it all in from the wet bar in the swimming pool. A safety rail makes this pool accessible for everyone! There is also a kiddy area and an aquatic solarium as well as a spectacular multicolor lighting effect on the pool in the evenings. There is also plenty of outdoor seating which means no-one has to miss out on the brilliant Caribbean sunshine.
If you glimpse a reflection of yourself in any one of the doors or windows at the Villa, you’ll see that they have used a mirrored “one way” glass, which provides the ultimate in privacy and security.
The living room features surround sound, TV, DVD player, Satellite TV, a CD and DVD library of more than 200 premier movies for adults and children and 4 fluffy beanbags (when was the last time you flopped into one of those?!) A huge faux-marbled kitchen is outfitted with all the “mod cons” and has enough fridge space to store supplies for the hungriest of families. The house has a warm and cozy feel, owed in part to the numerous family photos, children’s handicrafts and furnishings that strongly suggest this is a well loved, family home.
Off the kitchen is a bedroom with water views, a king sized bed and private bathroom. On the same floor, but on the other side of the house is a second guest bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and private bathroom.
The upstairs bedrooms are very private and could almost be considered a “retreat”. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private balcony and a bathroom with a tub (I won’t even mention the stunning view of the ocean from the tub….you’ll have to see that for yourselves!) Adjacent is a kid’s room with 2 twin beds.
Above the main house is the penthouse, accessible via a private stairway and entrance, which includes a kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator), private balcony and bedroom. Three of the couches convert into sofa beds, giving even more sleeping options!
The studio is a great place for teenagers and also has a separate entrance. With lots of beanbags, a futon couch, private bath and kitchenette, you’ll forget you even have teens!
The owners of the Villa have thought of almost everything you could want in a bedroom! Every bedroom (including the penthouse and studio) feature internet connection, TV (satellite TV in upstairs bedroom in main villa and penthouse bedroom), CD/DVD player, a security safe and closet, and private bathroom with hairdryers and air conditioning. Bicycles, beach towels, kid’s toys, 2 cribs, 2 high chairs and hammocks are only a fraction of the amenities offered by this luxury villa.
