The ground floor is designed as a separate apartment with additional kitchen attached to the comfortable living room. The apartment's king size bedroom has a direct access to the swimming pool and to the garden. Master state rooms are equipped with Satellite TV systems. The main master state room has a study.
A private beach club used strictly by the residents is only 100 m away from the property. It is an easy and enjoyable walk through the winding flower filled road. The secluded residential area has a guarded entrance accessible by use of individual magnetic pass. For privacy reasons the villa also has its own electric gate. A garage is suitable for two cars. A large open parking space for guest cars.
