Larkspur Condo

Located on the East side of town this 3 bedroom apartment is within walking distance to the Gondola, all the shops and restaurants. There is a small parking lot right behind the building.

The unit itself is on the second floor of a complex, which consists of about 8 apartments. On the first floor of the apartment there is an office on your right and a half bath on your left, right next to the bath is also an utility room with a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is located a little bit down the hall. It has a sitting area, which will comfortably seat 6 people. From here the kitchen opens on to the living area with fireplace and a big flat screen TV, which hangs right above the fireplace. All this space has big floor to ceiling windows from where you look out south on the mountain and the patio.
Second floor has three bedrooms; the master suite with king size bed, patio, bathroom with deep soaking tub, double sinks and a steam shower. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower. One bedroom has a double bed while the other has a twin bed.

The whole apartment is done in very modern contemporary style, but the atmosphere is still very warm and comfortable.
