This 6500 square-foot custom vacation home rental is located in the exclusive community of Punta Bella and is accessed from the main highway through the gates of Cerro Colorado. This villa is located on the corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

It sits 50 feet above the ocean with stairs to a private and protected beach. Overlooking Punta Bella and out to Punta Gorda, the most spectacular views, and perfect place for whale watching.

Four Bedroom suites, all with internet hook-up. sound system throughout, and Direct TV. Beautiful terraces, outdoor kitchen, Infinity pool and Jacuzzi. There are four bedrooms in the main house and a one bedroom apartment.

This villa consists of 4 master suites, 2 with king beds, one with queen, and one with 2 doubles, each with its own bath and view of the Sea of Cortez.

An attached one-bedroom apartment with fully-equipped kitchen and its own terrace and view is available at additional cost (2 twin beds or 1 king).

The media room is state-of-the-art with DVD, VCR, CD, and laser disc player complete with a 200-movie library suitable for all ages. Guests will enjoy a sophisticated indoor/outdoor sound system with 16 speakers in total.

THis villa is equipped with computer, printer, fax, internet access, and modem hookups.

There is a heated infinity-edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Villa Taz is located 20 minutes from the Los Cabos International Airport.

The village of San Jose is 10 minutes away, where guests will find excellent restaurants and many shops with local handicrafts and silver jewelry.

The nightlife of Cabo San Lucas is a short 20-minute drive.
