Casa Dos Puentes is a spacious and elegant villa built on a peninsula facing the spectacular Santiago Bay and the Pacific. The house is oriented west to maximize sunny afternoons, cool breezes and romantic sunsets.

Special features include: Approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of roofed area, plus a sizable uncovered patio and pool area; Four bedrooms, including a large master bedroom suite, with separate sleeping and sitting areas, a terrace, and a dressing room. The master bath boasts a Jacuzzi and each guest bedroom provides a terrace, a private bathroom, and a walk in closet. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The magnificent living room is approximately 40 feet by 20 feet, not including the bar area. It is separated from the raised dining room by a beautiful sculptured fountain. Both the living room and the dining room are open, facing the terrace, the Pacific, the westerly breeze and the setting sun.

There is a spacious indoor family room with a large screen satellite operated television, a game table, a piano. and a high fidelity stereo. A detached 1,000 sq. ft. studio, which can be used as a workspace or a separate apartment for guests. The studio hosts a Steinway Grand piano. A gym, containing state of the art workout equipment. A stair machine, treadmill, stationary bicycle, rowing machine and free weights. A 40-foot swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi grace the terrace adjoining the living room. Two furnished rooftop terraces accessible by the dos puentes where two bridges are perfect for private sunbathing.

The house is decorated in a sophisticated, modern style, featuring original works of art, sculpture and antique carpets.

A cozy private beach with a changing cabana is accessible by a staircase from the house. The cove below the house, although rocky, offers excellent snorkeling and diving.

A fully equipped modern kitchen, with brand new American appliances, complete with a full time staff of three, including a chef and a couple who lives in separate staff quarters.
