Mexican Riviera Villa

This Villa is a spectacular property of over 800 acres in the Pacific Coast of Mexico between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo, in the region called “Costa Alegre”. The property combines hills, cliffs and beachfront property that make this site unique.

Can you imagine having a 2 mile long beach all to yourself? One of the things that make this property so special is the level of privacy you can experience. Surrounded by palm trees, the villa integrates itself seamlessly to the beach and the landscape. The villa was built right on Jaibas beach. A refreshing ocean swim is just a few steps away from your bedroom.

The house accommodates 10 guests comfortably on four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, the other two have 2 double beds and one twin each. The master bedroom is on the second floor of the main villa and has a spacious private terrace with an outside bed to enjoy the views or the stars at night.
Most of the house is open, allowing you to soak in and enjoy the wonderful tropical weather. Although rarely needed, the bedrooms are equipped with electronically controlled air conditioning systems.

Compliment your stay by indulging in nature. There are several hike trails where you can explore, and amazing vistas along the way. There are a number of life forms that are prevalent in the area, some common sightings include: Sea turtles, deer, raccoons, tejones dolphins, whales and many species of birds.

There is also a marsh on the property that is home to various species of birds and fish. It is an excellent source of “Jaibas” or shell fish, hence the name of the beach. You can arrange to go Jaiba fishing and if you are successful we will prepare delicious soup. During the summer mangos are harvested in the mango plantations in the property.

There is a concierge solely dedicated to make your stay the best at playa jaibas. The concierge can arrange anything for you and can be around as much as needed.

Get ready to enjoy exquisite Mexican food and international dishes with your onsite cook. We usually serve three meals a day and our staff is ready to serve your meals at your convenience in the dining room or at the beachside deck.

Meals are included with the price of your stay.

Housekeeping is provided every day at your convenience.
Massage can be arranged by local massage therapy on a beach side bed.

Staff is ready to serve you with your favorite cocktails. Alcoholic drinks are not included with your stay but we can arrange to buy them for you in advance according to your preferences.

Transportation from and to the airport is included in the price of your stay. An air-conditioned 11 passenger van will be ready to pick up your group at the airport upon arrival. If you plan to be driving outside of the property frequently we recommend a rental car, but most guests will not require it.

We can also arrange on the property: kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, body board surfing, snorkeling, yoga and meditation.

Other activities can be arranged for you outside of the property such as: tennis, golf, fishing, boating and scuba diving.
