This home has in-floor radiant heat, no air conditioning but not needed in our cool climate, and has a patio out to the back yard lawn that is partially covered, with a hot tub and grill. In the summer enjoy flower gardens and a fenced in yard. There is a 2 car heated garage. The mudroom has the washer/dryer and there is a washer dryer in the master bedroom and in the garage.
