The name of the villa is La Cittadella. It is a very nice villa of the 19th century, completely restored and very elegant and cozy. It has a very nice location, at the top of the hill, looking at the valley. The name of the village is Cevoli, a typical Tuscan Borgo of the 17th century. Around the house there is a lot of pine trees, fruit trees. We have also our small production of vegetables and fruit on season.

Covered patio, comfortably furnished with sofa, chairs and table.

Kitchen with all necessary appliances.
Bedroom # 1:Double bedroom with queen-size bed and bathroom with shower.
FIRST LEVEL:
Large living room with fireplace.
From here you can go on a large terrace, properly furnished with table for eating outside, chairs and sofa. There is a marvelous view on the valley and on the Village.

GARDEN:
Italian garden, extensive fields, Swimming pool (6 x 11 Meters)Large Terrace.
All the room are furnished with antique pieces of furniture, the floor are in Tuscan terracotta, the ceiling of the rooms have wooden beams. All the walls are in warm colors, decorated with trompe l’oeil and frescoes.
INCLUSION:
Water, gas, electricity. A “welcome dinner”, linen and towel change twice a week.
Daily cleaning is included in the price (two members of staff for 3 hour everyday except on Sunday)
EXCLUSION:
Extra service, extra change linen and towels, personal laundry.
Telephone, food and beverages. Extra service and cooking are available at extra cost.

Nearest Village: Cevoli, two minutes walk. Here you can find a doctor, food and beverages, bar. Nearest supermarket: La Capannina Shopping center,2 km. Here you have supermarket , hairdresser, laundry, beauty center.
Nearest Railway station: of easy drive Pontedera, 15 minutes of easy drive.
Nearest Airport.Pisa ,20 minutes.
