The Recently Built Peloponnese Villa lies right above the sea, not far from the little fishing village Marathopolis. The owner, a passionate yachtsman, fulfilled his lifelong dream when he built this house. From every part of the house, the views will give you the impression of being out at sea. The garden, established in 1997, surrounds the house with palm trees, fig trees, grapevines and innumerable colorful flowers.
From the large terrace in front of the house, one has spectacular views over the sea and of the islands offshore. Watching the sunset from here and the special light of the Peloponnese, with its fascinating display of colors, is breathtaking. Above the rocks of the bathing cove, is a painstakingly created seating area with a sunshade, lounge chairs and a freshwater shower; it’s the perfect place to sip on a drink, relax and unwind. The furnishings of the house are tasteful and modern. All the windows in the spacious rooms are covered with fly screens. The generous use of glass gives this house a feeling of transparency. About 200 m. from the house, there is a beach, which is ideal for children. Shopping facilities are found 4 km away.

The atmosphere of ancient and classical splendour can still be felt all over the Peloponnese, but especially at sites such as Mycenae, Sparta and Argos.
