Philippine Luxury Resort’s 29 Beach Casitas come with a private path that leads through a tangle of bush directly onto a white-sand beach. The four Treetop Casitas climb with the palm trees high above the island, while the five Hillside Casitas offer unimpeded sea views. The resort's two Deluxe Hillside Casitas feature spectacular prospects of the Sulu sea and the neighboring islands. Each casita comes with a gasoline-powered golf cart for exploring the island.

Philippine Luxury Resort’s light-filled Clubhouse overlooks the swimming pool and encompasses the Restaurant, the Lobby Bar and Terrace, the Boutique and Galleries and the Library. The resort lounge and most of its public facilities are located there. The Restaurant, located in a wing at one end of the Clubhouse, spills out onto a terrace, with views to Manamoc Island across the channel. There’s a regular Asian barbecue held at the Picnic Grove. Enjoy the views from the Clubhouse Bar or take your drinks outside onto the terrace.

Philippine Luxury Resort’s 30-meter swimming pool is bordered by two trellises of bougainvillea. Large, open-air salas are arranged on the expansive green behind the pool. The salas come with larger-than-king-size mattresses for poolside lounging. A garden walkway leads down from the pool to the sand beach and Philippine Luxury Resort’s own Beach Club.
Study the planets from the Lobby Bar terrace, where there is a 850x90mm astronomical refractor telescope.

Nature treks include a walk around the island’s sand beach, which will take about two hours. There are also a number of bush paths and two modest hills to explore. At low tide, baby sharks chasing bait fish are sometimes seen in the shallows at Pamalican’s southern end. Turtles nest annually on the island. Starlings and kingfishers, black-naped orioles, sea eagles, egrets and two dozen more species make their seasonal home on Pamalican and its surrounding shores. Picnic lunches can be organized in a number of island hideaways. Bicycles are available on request.
