Sea Cliff is a private setting of two villas, lush tropical gardens and simply one of the most amazing pools on the island. No detail has been overlooked in renovation of the upper house and in the recent construction of the pool house from imported limestone floors to chic yet comfortable furniture. Both villas have interior and exterior living and dining rooms and fully equipped kitchens a chef would appreciate. Each bedroom has an elegant ensuite bath with a fifth full bath in the poolside cabana. There is an office equipped with data lines, a fax and a satellite with North American channels for those who need to stay in touch. The expansive mosaic tiled horizon pool appears to blend into the sea and offers swimmers the option of shade or sun. The large pool terrace with its large seating area and sound system is the perfect place to spend the afternoon or watch the sunset. Sea Cliff offers an unforgettable experience to those who stay there. It is extremely well suited for several couples or two families. Large master bedroom located in the pool pavilion with 4-poster European bed. Opens to living area, pool and ocean view (TV and safe).

Bedroom 02
Located in pool pavilion with 4-poster mahogany beds and private terrace. Wonderful ocean views. Italian mosaic tile bath.

Bedroom 03
Located in upper house with 4-poster bed and mosquito netting. Opens to terrace and ocean view. Italian marble bath.

Bedroom 04
Platform beds with mosquito netting. Renovated bath.

Dining Room
Three separate dining areas, all of which accommodate 8 people (1) in dining pavilion poolside (2) inside upper house and (3) terrace of upper house.

Garden
Tropical gardens with specimen plantings lead to pool pavilion from upper house, lawn to side of upper house with ocean views and seating areas.

Kitchen
The lower pool pavilion offers outdoor kitchen while upper house offers indoor kitchen. Both are fully equipped with new appliances.

Living Room
An eclectic mix of colonial and Asian antiques with modern island furnishings.

Terrace
Several terraces with magnificent views of the ocean, brand new teak furniture. There is a path with many steps down to the ocean for snorkeling.
