Located just a few minutes South of town, overlooking the beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups - a business retreat, a family reunion, or a wedding.

The beautiful, private master suite encompasses an entire floor with it’s own separate outdoor Jacuzzi, media room and private 100 foot terrace. The villa has a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites with kitchenettes. Six of the rooms have king beds, 3 have twins and last has a full. Seven of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

- Staff of 6 includes housekeeper, cook, gardener and houseman. The cook will prepare 2 meals a day (food and alcohol costs are extra).

- The lower casita is "two levels" with one bathroom. There are a set of twin beds on both upper and lower levels. These beds can be made into kings if needed
