Puerto Vallarta Villa

Ensconced behind the Los Arcos rocks, in a small cove just before Mismaloya Beach, this Casa ensures a dazzling ocean view, privacy and exclusivity. This wonderful 8,400 sq ft, oceanfront villa is located 7 miles south of Puerto Vallarta, next to Mismaloya beach. This expansive 4 bedroom villa is a dramatic mix of contemporary and traditional. The lines are clean and flowing with juxtapositions of organic elements such as a giant Palapa roof over the living area and a mosaic of small white river rocks set in the marble floor.

You enter the villa through antique doors from an old Mexican hacienda to open spaces filled with vivid colors and an interior garden. Half a level down, on the main floor, the living room draws a wide curve overlooking the ocean

On the first floor are three bedrooms. The bedrooms repeat the curved architectural shape of the living room, framing the view of Los Arcos rocks. On the next level, a spacious master bedroom with a cozy palapa terrace. Each of the 4 bedrooms has air-conditioning, a private bath, a television and an ocean view. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the lower master has a king size bed and a seating area with a futon which can accommodate 2 small children. The remaining two rooms have a king size bed and a full bed.

The villa comes with a staff of 3 including a cook who will prepare breakfast and lunch or dinner Monday-Saturday, a maid and a poolman.

There is a $30 per day charge to heat the pool.
