The Villa is located 35 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, is a beautiful waterfront property in the secure and private gated community of Punta Del Burro.

This incredible location is in one of the area's most desirable (and secluded) neighborhoods, situated on the most gorgeous sandy beach in Mexico.

Punta Del Burro Beach is known for its exceptional surfing. The Four Seasons golf course is just 5 minutes away.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom, climate controlled air-conditioning and a private entrance overlooking the pool and ocean.

- Master Suite has a king size bed, a sitting area, a TV with satellite cable, a large tile bath-tub and a free standing shower. Suite 2 has a queen-size bed. Suite 3 has two twin beds and a small sitting area. Suite 4 has a sitting area with armoire entertainment center, including TV and stereo, and a king size bed
- The Palapa: Your Living Room on the beach furnished with a wrap around built-in sofa. The palapa is also equipped with a bathroom for easy access from the beach, including an outside shower to wash off the sand
- 1 Sea scooters
- Swim fins and boogie boards
- Fully-appointed, well-equipped and spacious kitchen
- Outdoor BBQ grill located next to the heated pool

- The property is separated from the beach by a small cobblestone access road
- There are rocks in the ocean in front of the villa, 50 feet down the beach is a beautiful sandy beach

- The rate is based on a max of 2 guests per bedroom which includes adults as well as children, regardless of child’s age. Additional guests will be charged a fee of $50USD per day
