Punta Mita Villa

A new three bedroom contemporary beachfront villa on the north shore of the Bay of Banderas. The villa is located 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport and five minutes from the Four Seasons Resort at Punta de Mita.

There is a private beach with access from the house where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling and surfing. A private palapa with furniture and a telephone is built into the bluff on the way to the beach.

The free form heated infinity pool with Italian glass tile is surrounded by stone patios, shaded areas, comfortable furniture and a wet bar. A rejuvenating Jacuzzi overlooks the coastline.

- The rate is based on a max of 2 guests per bedroom which includes adults as well as children, regardless of child’s age. Additional guests will be charged a fee of $50USD per day
