Scottsh Estate

Owned by Viscount Reidhaven, the Strathspey Estate is situated in the heart of the Highlands and offers some of the best sport in Scotland. Some 30 miles south of Inverness and Loch Ness, the estate covers an area of 22,500 hectares, stretching from the banks of the magnificent River Spey through farmland to ancient Caledonian pine forests and heather grouse moors.

Kinveachy is a traditional Highland Lodge. The accommodation is of the highest standard and is available alongside many sports, or you can simply enjoy Kinveachy as a relaxing holiday destination with excellent food and wine close to other leisure activities for which Strathspey is famous. This can include visits to nearby Loch Ness, Culloden battlefield, or a host of highland castles and distilleries.

There is easy access to main road and the property is only 50 miles from Inverness airport. The drive is scenically varied and spectacular with rugged wilderness, serene lochs and sandy beaches.

Kinveachy Lodge is a comfortable lodge accommodation with a friendly staff and professional management. It is remote and secluded for those who want to get away. There are plenty of estate roads and forestry tracks with a long private driveway and plenty of space for helicopter landings.
