Guggenhaus Summit is a contemporary, angular designed, completely renovated home with vaulted ceilings, many skylights, lots of windows throughout, and nice use of wood and glass. A one-car garage is available for use and enters the home via a custom glass elevator that has its own skylight. Access is either a walk up outside steps to main level or use garage elevator.

Four of the five bathrooms have been remodeled to fine European design, granite, glass and tile, all 4 showers include 3 separate shower heads: overhead, handspray and body spray jets. Each also has its own TV set.

MAIN LEVEL:
Spacious living room, with seating area, full entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR and surround sound system, wet bar, and floor to ceiling windows with expansive and private unobstructed views of the surrounding mountain ranges, overlooks the outside decks and hot tub where 8 can relax and look up at the stars. A Baby Grand Piano decorates the space with elegance, and a wood-burning fireplace completes the inviting and comfortable environment.

Living Room opens to the dining room that accommodates 8, and looks out towards the BBQ deck that faces the ski slope. The kitchen is adequate with a center island, gas stove, trash compactor, dishwasher, double oven. Down a few steps are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There are also three baths on this level, each offering Born Bach fixtures, exceptional granite, double vanities, and jetted tubs and/or steam showers.

UPPER LEVEL:
The glass elevator takes you up to the top floor, into the master bath area.

Privacy obtained via a pocket door or with a switch that turns the glass frosted on the elevator wall. You can also view the office/living room area through the glass-encased elevator from the bathroom. A glass block wall separates the bedroom and bath. Master bedroom overlooks the ski run, with incredible views.

Also on this level is an open office space, overlooking the living room, with a desk, fax, and wireless DSL service. Two built-in day beds can sleep two more if needed. Wireless DSL access, desk, cable TV, stereos, VHS, CD players are also available for use.

LOWER LEVEL:

Mud room, laundry, door leading outside at ground level. This Sauna Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Garage is also serviced by the elevator.

There is also a separate ‘annex’ apartment that offers a king bedroom suite with private bath, vaulted ceilings, a new kitchen, excellent sound system, and it’s own outdoor hot tub & deck.

Upper Level – Master Bedroom Suite
King log poster bed, incredible views overlooking the ski area, his and her closets, a sunken Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, and large vanity area.

Main Level – King Master Bedroom Suite
King bedroom with views from huge windows, has its own adjoining bath with Dorn Bracht German fixtures, double sinks and shower.

Main Level – Twin Bedroom Guest Room 1
Each of the twin bedrooms has 2 twin beds, and nice views. There are 2 separate baths, one with a shower/tub, and the other with a shower off the hallway.
