The capital Mahon is 10 minutes away by car and the nearest beach, at Cala Mesquida is about 5 minutes away.

This splendid villa is located in one of the very best locations in Cala Llonga overlooking Mahon Harbour. In front of the house there is a lovely garden with steps leading right to the waters edge and a private mooring.The South west elevated private terrace with large pool enjoy the views in both directions up and down the harbour and the accommodation is furnished to a high standard

Entrance to the property is through an external flight of steps from the road level to the main doorway, this leads into a large hallway. The main sitting-room faces the harbour with French Windows which open to the sun terrace and the large swimming-pool. On this level there is also a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing-machine fridge freezer etc and a dining area and a laundry room.

The large master bedroom faces the harbour views and has an en suite bathroom , ceiling fan and plenty of wardrobe space. There are two good size twin bedrooms , two bathrooms with one ensuite . There is an additional single bedroom. Outside the raised pool terrace has spectacular views of the harbour and plenty of pool side furniture. There is a terrace for dining outside and a BBQ.
