Situated on the southern end of the island approx.10 minutes from Maó, Binibeca is a cluster of private villas built around the fishing cove of Cala Torret with several bars and restaurants, the sheltered and sandy beach with a super beach bar and the fishing the village of Binibeca Vell where there is a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars in a traffic free area.

This is an ideal location for exploring the east side of the island. Within 5 minutes drive is Sant Lluís with a good range of local shops, bars, banks and restaurants and several other sandy beaches.

This is a lovely bright and airy three bedroomed villa situated above the beach of Binibeca with a very large garden, only 10 minutes walking distance down to the beach.

This comfortable modern second home is ideal for a family holiday having good size accommodation, outside dining area on a raised terrace with sea views and with a kidney shaped swimming pool. A small driveway allows access from the road and parking.

Entrance into the property is into a hallway to a comfortable sitting room/dining room with wood burning stove, and TV . Adjacent French windows open out on to a terrace and eating area with views of the garden and the sea.

A fully fitted kitchen leads from the dining area hallway with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezers and a dishwasher plus the washing machine. A hallway leads to the bedroom accommodation.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and windows with a view over the garden. There are two twin bedrooms and a further full bathroom. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the bathrooms all have bath with shower over.

Outside there is a dinning area with BBQ. The sunbathing terrace is large and has plenty of pool furniture and a good sized swimming pool (8m x 4m approx) with Roman style steps at one end, and the large garden is lawned and well kept.
