The swimming pool is approximately 12 x 5m, with no shallow end. The breakfast terrace to the side of the house has a further dining area with barbecue, surrounded by plants and flowers. A small stream runs through the garden, which is dry most of the summer months.

The rooms have all been painted in an attractive washed effect in warm colours. Amenities include central heating, solar water heating, gymnasium alarm, satellite TV and telephone. Garage parking for two cars.

Staff
Resident couple 6 days a week (either a Tuesday or Wednesday off) to maintain the swimming pool and garden, do cleaning, food shopping and cooking.
