The Villa is located within the small boutique resort called Orloff Resort and guests may enjoy all the facilities of a hotel while benefit from the privacy and luxury of a villa. The Villa is located in the Cosmopolitan Old Harbour of Spetses, where the heart of the Island’s nobility and historic tradition beats. The Villa has been built to the highest standards of architecture and interior design in line with the historic tradition of the island and using only natural materials.

A 200 sq.m. villa at a privileged location with a view of the Island, the villa is ideal for families and is spread out on 3 levels and has it’s own entrance. The villa has 5 bedrooms, two large living rooms, two large verandas, 4 marble bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and 1 WC, fully equipped kitchen with table and handmade furniture and lights.

SPETSES ISLAND DESCRIPTION

The Island’s two names, Pityoussa named by the ancient Greeks meaning full of pine trees and Isola de Spezzie named by the Italians because of the many herbs growing in the mountains, depict the beautiful nature on Spetses Island. Spetses is part of the Argo-Saronic Islands and offers tranquility and a cosmopolitan life, wonderful beaches and picturesque small bays, stunning architecture and various important historical and archeological sites to visit. Cars are not allowed on the island, except for service. Transportation is limited to small motorcycles, sea taxis and horse and buggy.

Spetses is very easily accessible from Athens through the port of piraeus and close to Mycenae, the ancient theatre of Epidavros and Greece’s first capital Nafplio among others. To get to Spetses one can drive to Kosta from Athens International Airport in 2 hours and then a 5 minute sea taxi ride to the Island, or alternatively one can take a hydrofoil from Pireaus and arrive at the Island in only 2 hours.

The hotel offers free transportation from and to the main harbor and can arrange excursions and offer all information to assure an unforgettable stay.
