St Barths Villa

Located in the heights of Lurin, this villa allows you to discover 240º of spectacular views of Saint Barthelemy, the magnificent bay of Saint Jean and its islets, the beach of Saline, the ocean and neighboring islands along with those of Saint Martin and Anguilla. This property, unique in Saint Barthelemy is extremely private and is situated on one of the highest points of the island, Lurin, near Gustavia, Saint Jean and the beaches of Gouverneur and Salines.

Built on one level, private and functional, the villa is a true little paradise for peace and quiet. The villa has been built in semi circle design, enabling all of the rooms to open on to the view. The gardens are located to the back of the villa and are lush with a mix of tropical and Japanese plantings. There is a lily pond which runs in to a waterfall. The lily pond surrounds a gazebo that has a view over the pool and ocean. All the bedrooms have a private terrace and open on the view, ensuite bathroom with outside showers. The living room, TV room and dining room are situated in the center of the villa, opening on to deck and pool. The pool is rectangular and on two levels with a smaller pool overflowing into the main pool. The villa offers many areas to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. There are caretakers on the property who live under the villa, with there own private entrance.

BEDROOMS: The large master suite includes a four-poster king bed, a small office area, US Satellite TV, sound system and two telephone lines. It also features a private terrace with a jacuzzi overlooking St. Jean Bay. The three other tastefully decorated bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and include private terraces with views of either St. Jean Bay or the Saline valley. All bedrooms have beautiful hardwood flooring, air-conditioning and bathrooms with private open-air showers.

LIVING / DINING: The vast living and dining area is decorated with very high quality furniture and opens onto the pool and terrace. Multiple seating areas plus indoor and outdoor dining provide an inviting atmosphere. Equipment includes a large screen TV, DVD, VCR and US satellite system.

KITCHEN: The spacious gourmet kitchen provides top of the line equipment throughout. Subzero refrigerator, stove, oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, professional BBQ/grill and place settings for 8 persons are included.

ACCESS: A 4 WD car is recommended for the hilly terrain.
