Located just a few minutes walk from Club 55 in an elevated position with superb sea views is this lovely 6 bedroom modern Provencal style villa. The grounds are fully enclosed with electric gates and tele surveillance and the house is fully alarmed.

The mature gardens are beautifully maintained, with lush manicured lawns, towering ancient trees and colourful flower beds. The 14 x 7 metre pool is surrounded by sun terraces and there is a separate Jacuzzi. Beside the pool is the summer kitchen and barbeque together with covered outside dining area and sofas.

The villa is constructed in a horseshoe shape with covered terrace allowing most rooms to benefit from the lovely sea views. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 4, a double with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 5 a bunk / twin bedroom with en-suite shower room are at the opposite end of the building.
