St Tropez Villa

Located on the beach side of Route des Plages you will find this extremely private 5 bedroom villa. Constructed and decorated in a Moorish style the villa has large fully enclosed gardens with lush tropical planting and manicured lawns. There are electronic gates and a partially covered car park set away from the house. The interiors are very colourful with a definite Moorish feel, terracotta and sienna paint effect walls, vaulted ceilings, Moroccan lamps and bright tiles give it a cheerful and cosy ambiance.

There is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and feature fireplace and a charming formal dining room linked by and archway, leading off the dining room is the large colourfully decorated kitchen / breakfast room. All three rooms have doors giving direct access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. In the main house there are two double bedrooms each with four poster beds one has an en-suite shower room and the other a bathroom with tub and separate shower, both have doors leading onto the gardens.

The guest wing has two further bedrooms which open on to the enclosed courtyard with fountains. Both have double beds and en-suite shower rooms. The lower floor has the laundry room and a vast entertaining area with pool table, piano and various seating options. Bedroom five can be accessed from the music room and also has an independent entrance from the garden. There is a 4 poster bed and en-suite shower room.

There is a covered terrace running the length of the house and here you will find the barbeque, outside dining area and plenty of comfortable seating with occasional tables. The L shaped pool has steps at one end and a large sun terrace with quality sun beds and the gardens are floodlit at night creating a wonderful ambience for outside dining. The villa is fully alarmed, has internet access, satellite television with dvd and hi-fi.
