This villa is one of our best properties located on St. Jean Hillside w/ a fantastic view over all of St. Jean Bay. The property is composed of two separate buildings. One building is a master suite with bathroom, private spa, full kitchen and terrace. The second building is composed of 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen and a covered open-air living area. There is air-conditioning in each bedroom, bathroom, & walk-in closet. The kitchen and game room w/ pool table also have air-conditioning. The villa accepts children and small animals The pool is heated and there is a gazebo w/ two physical exercise machines. Upon return from the beach there is an outside shower. Daily breakfast is served (American style "a la carte" in high season & Continental in the low season), along w/ a supply of coffee & mineral water at no additional charge.
