St. Martin Island Villa

This elegant beachfront villa is truly exceptional. It is located in
a gated community with only nine other homes. The spacious interior
provides approximately 7,500 square feet of roofed living space. Its
vaulted ceilings blend with the terrace, which is surrounded by white columns and archways. Slightly elevated, Serena commands a beautiful view of Baie Rouge Beach and the island of Anguilla. This luxury villa is available as a rental with either 5 or 6 bedrooms.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 have king size beds and private
bathrooms with showers. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and private
showers. The Master Bedroom, which is part of a suite, features a king size bed, large dressing area and small refrigerator. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, air conditioning, ceiling fans and French Doors. Kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave, two
refrigerators, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and B.B.Q.. Living Room contains rattan furniture, TV, VCR, stereo, tape/CD and ceiling fans. Large swimming pool (34' X 17').
