Vail Residence

Once you have stayed a week at this villa you will discover why this family ski residence is a favorite. The cozy atmosphere, spaciousness, and fabulous views combine to make it a perfect location for a Vail getaway. Easy access to the ski slopes (2/10ths of a mile to Born Free in Lionshead Village or about ½ mile from the Vista Bahn located in Vail Village) completes the package.

The home is entered on the main level, which contains the living room with gas fireplace, dining room for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining room and living room. The living and dining areas have large windows with beautiful views of the Valley. The master bedroom is located on this level and over looks the property's small stream and pond.

Proceeding upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and the other with one set of bunk beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Downstairs you will find another cozy family room area with a TV, gas fireplace, wet bar and refrigerator. On this level you will also find the remaining three bedrooms along with an additional side-by-side full size washer and dryer.

Miscellaneous: Outdoor Jacuzzi, Additional side by side washer dryer located downstairs. Beautiful recirculating pond and stream outside front of house. Built in ski rack in garage. No garage parking space available to rental clients.
