Set high in the hills above Villefranche sur Mer is this beautiful 5 bedroom Provencal family villa. The villa is located in large fully enclosed grounds with electric gates and parking for several cars.

The grounds back onto National Parkland with many woodland walks. The gardens are beautifully tended with clipped box hedges, ancient olive trees, manicured lawns and a boule court.
The 14 x 8 metre swimming pool has a statue and fountain water feature at one end and is surrounded by sun terraces. Beside the pool is an outdoor living room with sofas and table and chairs, a handy drinks fridge and guest cloakroom with pool shower.

To the rear of the villa leading out to the pool is a large covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, fireplace, comfortable seating, occasional tables and side lamps - a real outdoor living experience and beautifully decorated.

The villa itself is spacious with a fully fitted modern kitchen with every conceivable appliance, a formal dining room and a sitting room with feature fireplace and UK satellite television.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a double/twin and two twins each with an individual colour theme using toile de jouey fabrics and with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor has the master suite with large double bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and private terrace with sea views. On the lower floor is a games room with pool table and the laundry. Here you will also find bedrooms 5, a twin with en-suite shower room.

There is a self contained apartment for the villa manager, again on the lower floor with separate entrance, The manager will do your shopping and prepare meals and there is also a maid who comes in twice a week.
