A superb 4 bedroom luxury villa located on a private gated estate on the Moyenne Corniche close to Mont Boron and overlooking Villefranche sur Mer. The villa is at the top of the estate and therefore has the most spectacular views over Nice and St Jean Cap Ferrat. There is a private garage located at road level with an elevator taking you to villa level, or should you prefer there is also a stone staircase leading up to the gardens.

The villa has an open plan L shaped living area. There are two separate seating areas, one adjacent to glass picture windows taking full advantage of the views and a separate television area with plasma screen television and surround sound.

The bar and dining area again benefit from the sea views and there is an additional outside dining area. The fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room has and additional outside breakfast area under a flower covered pergola.

The villa has been decorated with style and panache and has every amenity including full air conditioning, flat screen televisions , wi-fi, video surveillance, full alarm system, an office , surround sound hi-fi indoors and outdoors and the option of a heated swimming pool.

The villa is fully staffed with maid and cook.

There are four bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 is a double with dressing room private terrace with sea views and en –suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.

- Bedroom 2 has a king size sleigh bed, seating area, private terrace with seating area and sea views, a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and shares a second terrace with garden swing.

- Bedroom 3 is again very luxurious has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, this shares the terrace with garden swing.

- Bedroom 4 has a small double bed, en-suite bathroom and small private terrace with views to the rear.

The outside terraces are spectacular with a 18 x 9 metre infinity pool with spectacular views, a Jacuzzi and sunbathing areas with wooden sun loungers and sofas. The gym equipment can also be situated here making the most of the views whilst you keep fit.
The gardens to the rear of the property are quite steep but at the top there is a boule court with fantastic views. This is a very special place for a special vacation.
