XPU-HA is a name in mayan language that means “MORNING DEW” (ROCIO DE LA MANANA). This villa was designed by a famous Mexican architect who designed “Las Alamandas” near Careyes, in Punta Mita, Mexico and in Mallorca, Spain. It’s one of the most beautiful villas in the Caribbean.

VILLA XPU-HA is a spacious (33,000 sq.ft.). The property is 50 acres with 1,000 feet front at one of the most beautiful beashes in the Caribbean. This villa is located in a tranquil beach for its privacy.

THE MAIN HOUSE: 3 suites with terrace, double bathroom (one with Jacuzzi) walk-in closet and 2 bedrooms, all with A/C, also includes living room, dining room seating 12, satellite TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc.

THE COTTAGE: 3 master suites with A/C supplement living room, kitchen, dining area terrace, satellite TV, DVD, one of the suites is a duplex.

THE PALAPA BAR: Dining, living, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, swimming pool area, Zen Garden Spa with massage & hydro with sea water.

STAFF HEADQUARTERS HOUSE: Separate.
STAFF SERVICE – 10 with a cook (haute cuisine) and a barbecue chef.

This villa was designed to appeal to those who value healthy outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking and jogging, but who also desire the comfort and enjoyment of beautiful surroundings, or you can just relax around the pool with a good book.

ACTIVITIES IN THE VILLA: A yoga instructor and masseur/masseuse can be arranged for personal visits with a space at the Zen Garden.
GYM with cross trainer, treadmill and recumbent bike.
SAILBOAT. We have a sail boat (lasser 14 feet).
TV’s – Four TV’s con SKY service (Spanish and English) DVD.
TRANSPORTATION. 2 Suburbans with driver (rent separate).

ABOUT THE AREA: At 15 minutes is Playa del Carmen, one of the most fashionable spots. As you walk the circular path through the jungle as past the cenote, you will catch a glimpse of several colorful birds. You can also find the “Fishing Center” with fishing charters, snorkeling trips, pleasure trips, yachts…
GOLF. At 15 minutes in Playacar Golf Club (professional) and at 40 minutes is “Moon Palace” with a professional “Jack Nicklaus Signature” golf club.
