DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PLANNING FEES REQUIRE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. A DEPOSIT OF 50% IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR VILLA RENTALS OR YACHT CHARTERS, CHECK OR WIRED FUNDS ONLY. ALL OTHER CHARGES MAY BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD, WIRE OR CHECK.
CANCELLATIONS: ARE SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A REFUND, IN ADDITION TO OUTSIDE CANCELLATION CHARGES (WHICH MAY VARY), A 10% CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
